High school football stats: Austin-area top passers, rushers, receivers, tacklers through Week 2

Hutto and Liberty Hill battled in an instant Central Texas classic that saw more than 1,000 yards of offense as McNeil moved to 2-0 for the first time since 2014. These were just two of the storylines out of the second week of games for area schools.

Each week throughout the regular season, the American-Statesman will publish individual player stats on Wednesday to showcase Central Texas' top performers. Leaders in passing, rushing, receiving and tackling will be highlighted each update.
