Grace Ellis and Cameron Rejonis, Smithsburg indoor track and field — Ellis won the girls 500 (1:22.67) and ran a leg of the Leopards' second-place 4x800 relay (10:40.08) and third-place 4x400 relay (4:26.95). Rejonis won the boys 500 (1:08.68) in the Dwight Scott Invitational at HCC.

Jacob Stoner and Ethan VanMeter, South Hagerstown indoor track and field — Stoner won the boys 300 (37.15) and VanMeter won the boys shot put (47-11 1/2) in the Dwight Scott Invitational at HCC.

Caroline Matthews and Kaitlyn Queen, Boonsboro indoor track and field — Matthews finished second in the girls 3,200 (11:28.58) and Queen placed third in the girls shot put (29-7 1/2) in the Dwight Scott Invitational at HCC.

Lauren Stine, Mio Desclous and Jake Scallion, North Hagerstown indoor track and field — Stine placed second in the girls 1,600 (5:30.31), Desclous took second in the boys pole vault (11-6) and Scallion finished third in the boys 500 (1:09.13) in the Dwight Scott Invitational at HCC.

• Sean Mongan, Caleb Stamper and Noah Poe, Heritage boys basketball — Mongan scored 18 points, Stamper netted 17 points and Poe added 11 points in a win over Maryland School for the Deaf in the championship game of the Oriole Classic. Mongan was named tournament MVP and Stamper and Poe were named to the all-tournament team.

Joseph McClellan, North Hagerstown wrestling — Placed third in the 132-pound weight class at the Hub Cup tournament to lead host North.

Vince Raynor, South Hagerstown wrestling — Placed third in the 152-pound weight class at the Hub Cup tournament to lead the Rebels.

Friday

Chance Haga and Gavin Blair, Boonsboro boys basketball — Haga had 24 points, seven rebounds and five steals, and Blair added 11 points, six rebounds, five blocks and three steals in a win over Brunswick.

Fanta Minteh, Broadfording girls basketball — Had 24 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Shalom.

Nas Keyes, Brady Walters and Theo Madison, North Hagerstown boys basketball — Keyes had 24 points, four steals and four assists, Walters had 16 points, 13 rebounds and 10 blocks, and Madison added 10 points, eight rebounds and three assists in a win over Tuscarora.

Dillon Albowicz, Nate Myers and Keith Dodson, Clear Spring boys basketball — Albowicz scored 20 points, Myers netted 14 points and Dodson added 10 points in a win over Catoctin.

Caleb Embeya and Najeh Allen, St. Maria Goretti boys basketball — Embeya scored 20 points and Allen added 15 points in a win over Jefferson.

Hutson Trobaugh, Dillon Albowicz, Keith Dodson and Nate Myers, Clear Spring boys basketball — Trobaugh scored 23 points, making four 3-pointers, and Albowicz added 21 points, including five 3s, in an overtime win over North Hagerstown. Dodson scored 15 points and Myers added 11 points.
