High school sports roundup: Cardinal Newman wins 4th straight behind Jaylin Brown's 3 TDs

Jaylin Brown had three touchdown runs, including a 55-yarder, and Luke Warnock threw a pair of touchdown passes to Naeshaun Montgomery, as the Crusaders (4-0) pulled away from the Firebirds in West Palm Beach. Chris Presto scored on a 22-yard run, and Anthony Hinds booted a 40-yard field goal for Newman.

Tyrus Gayle rushed for a touchdown and caught a touchdown pass from Will Prichard, as the Chiefs (4-0) routed the Lancers (2-2) in Greenacres. Prichard threw another touchdown pass to Chase Hanning, and Tyreek Brown had a rushing touchdown in the win.

Atlantic 43, Boca Raton 7

Jayden Parrish rushed for a touchdown, caught a touchdown pass from Lincoln Graf and forced a fumble, as the Eagles (2-2) rolled over the Bobcats (2-2) in Boca Raton. Graf also threw a touchdown pass to Da'Marion Alberic.

Damien Taylor caught a touchdown pass from Chance Routson for Boca Raton.

Ruben Tirado completed his first pass of the game for a 51-yard score to Gavin Kolesar, and Kevin Coggins returned an interception for a touchdown, as the Hawks (4-0) blanked the Rams in Loxahatchee.
