The highest-priced homes sold in Greater Columbus, and recorded in late March
The price of a Columbus-area home jumped more than 13% in March compared with a year ago, as an extreme shortage of homes for sale continued to put buyers at a disadvantage.
Central Ohio homes sold for a median of $279,000 during the month, up from $245,700 last March, according to figures released Wednesday by the Columbus Realtors trade group.
The price hike is the largest year-over-year leap since June and follows a record-shattering 2021 for the Columbus-area housing market.
