Highlights: Jordan Poole’s 18 points leads Warriors to another preseason win vs. Lakers

The Golden State Warriors are 4-0 in the preseason and Jordan Poole has been at the center of it all. In each preseason tilt, the third-year guard has put on a show. On Tuesday, Poole’s stretch of impressive performances didn’t slow down.

With Steph Curry getting a rest day against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, Poole took over Golden State’s offensive attack.

The Michigan product led the Warriors in scoring, tallying 18 points on 7-of-14 shooting from the field. Pooled added five rebounds, four assists and a steal in 19 minutes.

After hitting six triples against the Lakers at Chase Center on Friday, Poole only shot 2-of-8 from deep in the rematch on Tuesday. However, Poole attacked the rim, recording a flurry of impressive drives to the bucket.

Through four games, Poole is averaging 23.3 points on 51.6% shooting from the floor with 3.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game. Poole is also shooting 40% from beyond the arc during the preseason.

The 22-year-old will have another opportunity to build on his preseason campaign on Friday at Chase Center against the Portland Trail Blazers.
