The highly anticipated new boutique hotel opens in downtown Greenville

Great Views and Exceptional Fare

In September, Greenville added a new landmark with the official opening of the Grand Bohemian Lodge. The seven-story boutique hotel stuns at every turn with its interiors, art and cuisine. But that’s by design. The Grand Bohemian Lodge is independently owned and operated as part of the Kessler Collection, an award-winning brand of luxury boutique hotels known for creating an art-enriched travel experience through its curated art galleries, exceptional cuisine, architecture, and unexpected details.

The Grand Bohemian Lodge in Greenville is no exception. The hotel features 187 guest rooms, event spaces with 1,900 square feet of ballroom or meeting space, a full-service spa, an art gallery, retail space and a two-story signature restaurant and lounge.

Design Details

From architecture to decor, nature is celebrated in the design details. Stylish interiors bring the outside in and pull inspiration from the natural surroundings. Materials native to the Upstate area are incorporated, such as timber, weathered wood, natural stone and river rock. There’s also lots of glass to take advantage of the dramatic views.

Luxury Guest rooms, Lodge Rooms and Bi-level Suites

The hotel’s position on the banks of the Reedy River sets the stage for an unforgettable stay. Guestrooms are well-appointed and include all the lux amenities and comforts you would expect from a boutique hotel. Lodge rooms and a number of suites are configured to offer views of the river and Falls Park and there are signature suites with terraces overlooking the Reedy River Falls and the Liberty Bridge. Pets also receive a grand welcome with special pet-friendly amenities such as access to an exclusive menu and treats.

Between the Trees Dining

Great views and exceptional fare can be found at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Between the Trees, located on the main level. Named for the hotel’s setting, the restaurant opens onto stone terraces overlooking the Liberty Bridge and the falls.Michelin-starred executive chef Nicolas Abello steers a menu featuring modern lodge cuisine with dishes highlighting locally and regionally sourced ingredients. Expect delicious options like the pheasant terrine appetizer, bison burger with drunken onions and tomato jam, and entrée specials like grilled Atlantic cod with brown butter spinach. Other spaces include a 1,000-bottle wine room and a private dining room.

Spirit & Bower Lounge

This handsome stone bar opens to the exterior and connects the inside with the beauty and soothing sounds of the falls. Enjoy a sip from an extensive selection of rare bourbons and whiskeys and savor small plate options on the outdoor terrace by the fire pit.

Art Gallery

As you explore the hotel, you’ll notice a focus on art throughout the hallways on every floor. The lobby art gallery features a curated collection of original works, paintings, sculptures, and unique jewelry pieces created by local, national, international, and emerging artists. Every piece has a story and is available for purchase.

The Poseidon Spa

The healing power of water is behind the menu of luxury skincare therapies and body treatments at the lodge’s full-service spa, Poseidon. Indulge in a signature HydraFacial or custom massage.

Because the Grand Bohemian Lodge is part of the Autograph Collection, guests have access to the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program to earn points for each stay.
