Hilary Duff Posted a Stylish Optical Illusion

We’re getting “Lizzie McGuire” meets “Motocrossed” vibes.

Forget your standard OOTD pose, because Hilary Duff just elevated street style to astounding, even unbelievable, heights. The always-fashionable star posed for a recent Instagram photo, and while her outfit is definitely on point, she also managed to turn the entire thing into a stylish optical illusion.

On Friday, Hilary shared a 'gram of her latest and greatest fit. In the photo, she's rocking wide-leg patterned brown pants that hit just above her ankle. She paired the pants with white combat boots, which take center stage, thanks in large part to the shortened length of the pants. In keeping with the Motocrossed meets Lizzie McGuire vibes, she wore a black leather biker jacket and a matching purse.

The style is certainly worthy of an OOTD 'gram, but for Hilary's post, the photographer tilted the camera in such a way as to appear larger than life. Posing in front of a building that features some of the dwarfs from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Hilary's legs appear extra long.

Fans on Instagram were more than supportive of the eye-trickery, writing, "Omg you’re taller than my dreams" and "Girl them legs WORK." One fan even noted that Hilary's photo reminded them of her iconic Disney Channel series, writing, "You look like your “bitmoji” from Lizzie McGuire." Others agreed, including one person who wrote, "So many Lizzie vibes from this."

Hilary didn't divulge what brought her to the Disney building, but it could have something to do with the reported Lizzie McGuire reboot. The series was expected to return to Disney+ this year, but the show's creator recently left the project, and production has been placed on hiatus, Variety reported. While there's no word yet on when and if the series will resume filming, at least we have Hilary's IRL style to inspire us.
