Brody Jenner has welcomed his first child with fiancée Tia Blanco.

The Hills star, who is the half-brother of The Kardashians stars Kylie and Kendall Jenner, shared a video on Instagram announcing the arrival of his baby girl.

Jenner thanked fans for their love and support and revealed that both mother and child were "in perfect health".

The video, uploaded on Thursday (August 10), showed Blanco having a waterbirth in their family home. Jenner wrote in the caption: "We welcomed our baby girl, Honey Raye Jenner, to the world on July 29."

He continued: "We are so incredibly in love and have been cherishing this precious time together as a family. We want to thank everyone for all the love and support."

In another post, he shared an array of images featuring the newborn sleeping in his arms, writing: "I love my girls."

In June, Jenner proposed to professional surfer Blanco. The engagement came five months after the couple announced that they were expecting a baby.

Jenner, who is the son of Caitlyn Jenner, is known for his appearances on The Hills, The Hills New Beginnings and episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

In a YouTube video uploaded last month, the former The Hills star opened up about his internal struggle with becoming a father.

"I think that what I'm most excited about is doing things differently than my father did," Brody explained. "Growing up I didn't have the greatest relationship with then-Bruce [now Caitlyn Jenner].

"He wasn't really around me growing up," he said, adding that he plans on "just doing the exact opposite and being the absolute best father I can possibly be."
