The reboot of The Hills may be called New Beginnings, but never fear because there's still beef between former cast members, and yes, Justin Bobby is still very much the loveable bad boy capable of throwing some low-key shade.

Justin Bobby Brescia returns to the anticipated new series along with original co-stars Whitney Port, Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt, and Spencer and Heidi Pratt. Actress Mischa Barton and model Brandon Thomas Lee - son of Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee - are two exciting new faces joining the cast.

When asked whether he would miss Lauren Conrad and Kristin Cavillari, who aren't coming back, Justin told Cosmopolitan UK, as blasé as you like: "I don't even know those two? [They're] not missed by me.

"Is Kristin on TV still? I didn't know."

Burrrrrrrn.

It's good to have you back, Justin Bobby, it's good to have you back.

Kirstin has her own reality TV show called Very Cavillari, while Lauren has been busy with her fashion line, and her young son Liam.

Of his enduring bad boy rep, he continued: "I've just kind of accepted it, it's in my blood. I'm in love, I'm out of love, I'm still figuring that out so..."

The 37-year-old musician and former hairdresser was very supportive of his ex-girlfriend Audrina, who is now a mum to her three-year-old daughter Kirra.

"I've seen a great change in Audrina since she's become a mum, its beautiful to watch her in motherhood," he said.

"The whole cast, have been growing and maturing. We don't get so frictiony now we've known each so long, we've gone through so much we covered it in love. We'll have our spats but we'll always accept each other."

JB also revealed he jumped at the opportunity to join the new show, and that they owed it to the fans to reunite again.

"It was something that I wanted to be a part of straight away," he recalled. "The cast stayed in contact throughout the years loosely, and we always talked about it and when it came to fruition I was like, I'm in, and everybody that signed on basically.

"It's different because before I used to run from it, it was hard for me to do it, expose myself but it ended up becoming such a great thing that we owe it to the fans, we owe it to ourselves to bring it back out there. I was in touch with the Pratts [Stephanie, Spencer, and Hedie] Brody [Jenner], Audrina, pretty much the whole cast not completely everybody but most people..."

We'll read between the lines, Justin B.

He added: "You're going to get trials and tribulations between each cast members, this series is very real."

And we can't wait...
