Hinsdale police blotter: 2 DUIs and over the phone harassment

The following items were taken from area police department reports and releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.

Hinsdale

DUI

John C. Hubeny, 20, of the 500 block of Richmond Avenue, Westmont, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use, at 1:41 a.m. March 29. Hubeny was pulled over at the corner of Route 83 and 31st Street for improper lane use.

Crystal L. Mayfield, 30, of the 800 block of Foxworth Boulevard, Lombard, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, possession of open alcohol by a driver, improper lane use and failure to signal when required. Mayfield was stopped at the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Route 83, at 11:06 p.m. March 29.

Telephone Harassment

A known suspect made harassing phone calls to a victim’s place of employment at the 10 block of Salt Creek Lane, at 8:30 a.m. March 30.
