'History Is Being Made': COVID Vaccines Arrive at Kansas City Hospital

Hospital facilities across the country accepted the first shipments of the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine, rolling out plans to vaccinate high-risk individuals and health care workers first.

Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri, shared this footage of staff receiving a vaccine shipment on Tuesday. “Today history is being made,” the hospital said in a tweet.

As of December 15, Missouri had reported a 17.9 percent coronavirus positivity rate over the past seven days.
