Hofbräuhaus in Belleville makes changes to menu. Their beers are still on tap
This week a reader gave us the heads-up that Hofbräuhaus St. Louis - Belleville announced the launch of a new menu, effective Wednesday, Feb. 1.
This announcement was made on the restaurant’s Facebook page and includes images of the new menu.
Multiple dishes found on the old menu are still available and listed under a heading of “German Favorites” that include jägerschnitzel, schnitzel, potato pancakes and one of my go-to items, the jumbo pretzel.
It seems that the menu has been expanded to include a more diverse selection of savory eats.
Shepherd’s pie, chicken and waffles, meatloaf, beer battered fish and other entrées as well as burgers and sandwiches, soups and salads, and more appetizers are new.
The restaurant’s Facebook post also stated that it will continue to serve Hofbräuhaus beer (yay!).
So head out to 123 Saint Eugene Drive in Belleville to check out the new menu and enjoy a beer.
