Hogan: Maryland poised to give COVID-19 shot to kids once approved

When federal officials approve an emergency use authorization to use the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in children ages 12 to 15, Maryland will be ready, Gov. Larry Hogan said. Reports indicate the Food and Drug Administration is poised to allow emergency use in children possibly as early as next week. Hogan said as soon as the FDA gives the green light, he will immediately expand eligibility in Maryland.
