Hogan: Maryland state budget aims to provide economic recovery

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan on Tuesday rolled out what he's calling his "economic recovery budget" that's built around the COVID-19 pandemic and focuses on spending. The spending plan keys in on several bipartisan priorities, including education. While the governor released highlights of his budget proposal for Fiscal Year 2022, the plan doesn't include how big the budget is or the percent of spending increases over last year. The governor said those numbers will be released Wednesday.
