Outgoing Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan is getting used to saying goodbye as he wraps up his term. On Wednesday, he said goodbye to the Board of Public Works at his last meeting with the panel, sharing some heartfelt moments with state colleagues. The meeting was filled with goodbyes, well wishes and messages of thanks as Hogan and Comptroller Peter Franchot finish up the last couple weeks of their terms. It's a group that Hogan said worked well together despite their differences.
