Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank President and CEO Dan Flowers talks to media Friday during a press conference announcing that Giant Eagle plans to donate some of the $100,000 it will receive from the Ohio Lottery for selling the winning PowerBall jackpot ticket.

The winner of Ohio's fifth largest lottery jackpot in history has stepped forward to claim the prize.

And history may never know just who won the $252.6 million jackpot from the April 19 Powerball drawing.

The winner has formed a trust − aptly named The Crazy Luck Trust − to claim the prize.

Akron attorney John K. Krajewski handled the legal leg work on behalf of the holder of the winning ticket.

The lucky ticket was purchased at the GetGo Café + Market in Macedonia.

The Ohio Lottery says the winner chose the $134.7 million cash option payout and will receive approximately $96.96 million after required federal and state tax withholdings totaling 24% and 4% respectively.

Depending on where the winner resides they may also be facing a local tax bill.

GetGo previously announced that it plans to split the $100,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket among the 28 employees at the gas station and the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank.
