Larry Hogan announced Wednesday that 5 million COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in Maryland, but it comes as vaccination rates are slipping and thousands of people are missing their second-dose appointments. So officials are enhancing efforts in a new phase of the vaccination effort for Maryland, making it as easy as possible for people to get a shot.
