Holiday bonus drive

Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge will kick off the holiday season with a Bonus Holiday Drive, on Saturday, Dec. 3. The gates on the 7-mile wildlife drive will be open from sunrise till one hour before sunset, weather permitting. The bonus wildlife drive opportunity coincides with ONWR's Holiday Open House. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be handing out candy canes, and Friends of Ottawa NWR board members and volunteers will provide complimentary cookies and cocoa from noon to 3 p.m.
