Kringle Holiday Village returns to Fluor Field Dec. 9 – 11. Events start Dec. 9 with the Mingle@Kringle kick-off event for adults, featuring a biergarten, holiday vendors and music by Steel Toe Stiletto. The weekend continues 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. Dec. 10 and 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Dec. 11 with artisan vendors, train rides, inflatables, face painters, balloon artists, food, an expanded biergarten, the Grinch, Santa and more. World WONDERLand is Dec. 10 at TCMU-Greenville (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and TCMU-Spartanburg (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.). Tickets are on sale now. From Las Posadas in Hispanic cultures to Omisoka and the Lunar New Year, families can participate in and learn about winter holidays celebrated all over the world. Lollipops Concert: Georgia Music is at 10 a.m. at the Hughes Main Library and at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 10 at the Taylors Branch Library. The Riverside High School Speech & Debate team presents an old-fashioned, live radio (off-air) production featuring an adaptation of Charles Dickens' “A Christmas Carol” and other tales of the season at 3 p.m. Dec. 10 in the Riverside High auditorium.
