Holiday Singalong rescheduled for Dec. 18 because of rain

The Holiday Singalong has been rescheduled for Dec. 18 in Tuscaloosa.

The event, originally set for Saturday, has been rescheduled because of the threat of rain this weekend. According to the National Weather Service, the Tuscaloosa area has a 90 percent chance of rain Saturday, with the possibility of thunderstorms developing.

The hours and the location for the singalong remain the same: 1-2:30 p.m. at Capitol Park, 2828 Sixth St.

The free, family-friendly event will feature songs of the season, accompanied by piano, with song leaders, lyric sheets and food and drink provided, courtesy of The Tuscaloosa News.
