Holland soccer player Jack Klomparens has been a part of a strong tradition that has seen the Dutch win conference and district championships and make deep runs in the postseason.

Klomparens was a huge part of that success. He also had success at the club level. He hopes to continue that at the next level.

Klomparens committed to Oakland University for soccer.

"I chose Oakland because I really liked the coaches, I thought they were very knowledgeable and easygoing. And I got along really well with the players on the Oakland squad," Klomparens said.

As a junior, Klomparens had 11 goals and five assists, earning all-state third-team honors as a midfielder.

“Jack is skilled with excellent soccer instincts. On the attack, he has quickness and vision," Holland coach Greg Ceithaml said.

As a senior, he played club soccer

The success at Holland has Klomparens hoping to make an instant impact with the Grizzlies.

"I hope to win a horizon league championship and go deep into the NCAA playoffs," he said.
