Hollyoaks' Sienna Blake makes a disturbing discovery in Dilly story

Dilly Harcourt's situation will worsen in upcoming scenes as Sienna Blake makes a startling discovery about her half-sister.
Dilly has been on the run recently after killing her husband Rafe in a spate of jealousy – though she hasn't made it very far.
With the help of Ethan, she has been hiding in Cindy's flat, but Dilly can't resist going outside.
After breaking into the school where her late father Patrick Blake used to work, Dilly suffers a head injury and then starts to see visions of Patrick.

The vision of Patrick encourages his daughter to give his other daughter, Sienna, a call and get her to join them at the school.
Dilly follows the instruction, and Sienna then heads out to find her troubled sister.
Clearly concerned for her friend, Maxine decides to follow Sienna. When Sienna discovers this, she isn't deterred and is still determined to find Dilly. Maxine agrees to help and the two split up in order to cover more ground quickly.
Sienna eventually comes across Dilly and immediately realises she needs medical help due to her head injury. But when it becomes clear that Dilly really believes she is having a conversation with their dad Patrick, Sienna grasps just how bad things really are for her.

Later on at the hospital, Sienna sits by Dilly’s bedside and tells Liberty that Dilly has a bleed on the brain.
What does this mean for Dilly?
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
