The deal will keep him out of jail in the case. He’s been ordered to have no contact with the victim and will be on probation for the next 3 years, according to court documents.

Ratray was charged in December 2021 in Oklahoma City, where he was appearing as a celebrity guest at a Christmas convention.

Here are some of the details from the affidavit, reported by FOX 8 sister station KFOR.

The two began arguing at a steakhouse and went back to a hotel, where the argument turned physical, according to a police report.

“This is how you die,” the victim told police Ratray said with one hand on her throat and the other hand on her mouth.

“[The] victim had trouble breathing while she was being strangled and while the defendant’s hand was over her mouth,” the detective wrote in his report.

Ratray’s girlfriend struggled against him and bit his hand as it was pressed over her mouth, KFOR reported. Ratray stopped choking her, but he then punched her in the face, according to the police report.

The woman was able to run out of the room. She suffered multiple injuries, including bruising under her left eye, marks under her right eye, marks above the left side of her upper lip, a bruise on her chest and a sore right arm.
