A beautiful new five bedroom, four bath home is for sale in east Prattville’s popular Glennbrooke neighborhood.

The community’s many amenities, newer construction, and location near Interstate 65 continue to attract families. Glennbrooke is located on the west side of North Old Ridge Road north of Highway 14. The community has steadily added rooftops during the past decade.

“Glennbrooke is a master-planned community with beautiful landscaping, sidewalks and recreation areas,” Realtor Nancy Oates said. “The neighborhood is convenient to Maxwell AFB, and close to an abundance of local dining and shopping.”

A Glennbrooke address puts residents 15 minutes from downtown Montgomery but in the middle of all the many new businesses and attractions in booming east Prattville. But if homeowners prefer a slower pace, quaint downtown Prattville is just a 10-minute drive west from Glennbrooke on Highway 14.

“This home is brand new. The owners' plans have changed,” Oates said. “This home is unique because it's brand new, so you won't have to wait four to six months for new construction.” The home was completed in 2022.
