Home and Away is set to air an emotional goodbye between father-daughter duo Justin Morgan and Ava Gilbert as she leaves Summer Bay.
The character, played by Annabel Wolfe, went a tad too far in her plan to win over Theo, lying about having been kidnapped. Her father Justin had no idea this was all part of a ploy and ended up attacking an innocent man, now facing going to jail.

As Justin, portrayed by James Stewart, awaits trial, Ava is heartbroken at the prospect of her father landing in jail because of her scheming.
At first hesitant to leave the Bay, Ava makes up her mind when a resolute Leah tells her she needs to go in order for Justin to focus on his legal fight.
"On the surface, it seemed as if she was running away from her heartbreak and Theo," Wolfe told TV WEEK.
"Yet at the core, I believe it was a final, desperate plea for her father's love."

Ahead of her exit, Ava and Justin say their goodbyes, with him realising this may be the last time he sees his daughter before the sentencing and that he may spend quite some time behind bars.
While these scenes will air in Australia this week, they won't be coming to UK screens until May.
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.
