Home and Away confirms the identity of Theo Poulos' stalker on UK screens next week.

The singer has recently been struggling with unwanted attention from a fan, who has sent him presents and bombarded him with messages under the username "I<3Theo".

Theo recently took some advice from local police officer Rose Delaney, who suggested that he should block his admirer online. Sadly for Theo, his troubles with this individual are only just beginning.

Upcoming episodes on Channel 5 see Justin Morgan's daughter Ava Gilbert return to Summer Bay, now played by Annabel Wolfe.

Ava reveals that she's a huge fan of Lyrik – and particularly likes Theo. It's clear that she has a crush on Theo, but everyone assumes that it's harmless.

Justin struggles to bond with Ava after her surprise arrival, so he's confused when she seems dead-set on sticking around in the Bay even though they're not getting along.

All becomes clear once Ava is in the privacy of her room and tapes a photograph of her and Theo into a scrapbook.

The book is dedicated to Theo and full of photos – as Ava is the "I<3Theo" stalker who has been hassling him.

Meanwhile, Justin continues his efforts to convince Ava to open up. Over the phone, Ava's mum tells him that the teen has been speaking to a boy online, but Ava stubbornly refuses to talk about it.

Ava also gets upset when she fears that Justin is going to send her back to her mum's sooner rather than later.

Theo is the only one who can get through to Ava, still unaware that she's behind the gifts and online messages.

Ava is delighted that Theo seems to care about her, not realising that he's only interested in being a supportive brotherly figure. Could Theo be heading for trouble as Ava misreads all of the signs?

Home and Away airs these scenes on Monday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 11 at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.

Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
