Home and Away star James Stewart has unveiled his epic body transformation, after dropping 12kg.
The actor, who plays Justin Morgan on the Australian soap, shared a series of snaps on Instagram to showcase his new physique, and explained that he overhauled his lifestyle for his mental health as much as his physical one.
"I was 100kg.. now I’m 88kg," the actor wrote. "I was sluggish… wore baggy shirts and didn’t feel great. I couldn’t keep up with my kid… now she has trouble keepin up with me!"

"It’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done," the actor revealed, as he upped his exercise and changed his diet.
"As fit as I am physically it’s my mental fitness that is my favourite benefit," he concluded. "I feel good about myself. A better man, a better husband, a better father."
Stewart also gave some tips to fans looking to transform their physiques, telling them to swap "beers and burgers" for "protein shakes and a salad."

The actor recently posted a tribute to his co-star Annabel Wolfe who plays his on-screen daughter Ava Gilbert, following her dramatic re-introduction on the soap.
"So stoked to have @annabelwolfe playing my daughter… she's an incredible young actor with such a bright future ahead of her," he wrote, after Wolfe's first scenes aired.
"He’s giving this story the turmoil it needs and proving to be a bit of a handful for Justin. Garrrgghhh… dads and their daughters eh’
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7plus.
