A home in southeastern Sioux Falls sold for $1.4 million, topping the Sioux Falls area sales for the week of Jan. 17-20.
The seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom home at 2816 S. Saint Francis Lane sits on 0.86 acres of land near Pasley Park. The all-brick house is just over 7,300 square-feet and features a den, a library and laundry on every level, according to Zillow. The house also includes a two-bedroom apartment with a full chef's kitchen on the lower level.
The second house to sell for over one million this week was at 501 S. Sassafras Circle. It sold for $1.2 million.
