PETOSKEY — The 45th Annual Northern Michigan Home and Outdoor Living Show will take place on Friday and Saturday, March 17 and 18 at North Central Michigan College in Petoskey.

The show brings together home builders and remodelers, kitchen and bath specialists, deck builders, landscaping companies and other home-related businesses. Attendees can meet one-on-one with exhibitors during the show hours on Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“Getting to meet the actual builders and home specialists in person is the biggest draw of the home show,” said Christine Cole, president of the Home Builders Association of Northern Michigan, the nonprofit organization hosting the event. “Attendees always tell us they enjoy getting remodeling ideas and looking at materials like composite decking or patio pavers.”

In 2022, the show had about 1,000 attendees.

Among the exhibitors this year are Coveyou Scenic Farm Market, Wolverine Cabinet Company, Renewit Decks and Outdoor Living, Preston Feather Building Centers and Design Showrooms, Builders FirstSource, Mr. Appliance of Gaylord and more.

The wide range of exhibitors covers everything from financing to water systems to invisible dog fencing.

Some of the contractors attending this year include McBride Remodeling, Calendar Roofing, All Weather Seal, Integrity Concrete Coatings and Renewal by Anderson.

Home Depot of Petoskey will also be hosting a children’s building project from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday. Food will be available at the Iron Horse Café, located on the college’s campus.

Admission is $5 for adults and children age 17 and under are free. Complete show details are available at www.HomeShowUpNorth.com or 231-348-9770.
