Home repair grant applications open for Danville homeowners

DANVILLE, Ill. (WCIA) — Applications are now open for a home repair grant program in the City of Danville.

The Illinois Housing Development Authority previously awarded the city $1.425 million to go towards home rehabilitation. The money came from the IHDA Homeowner Assistance Fund, which state officials say is to assist homeowners who have been negatively impacted by the pandemic and unaddressed home repairs.
