'Home Town' Fans Are Going Nuts Over Erin and Ben Napier's Latest Project

Next year can't come soon enough! HGTV stars Erin and Ben Napier are saying bye to their small town of Laurel, MS, to take things nationwide in a new series presented by PEOPLE and HGTV.

Fans of Home Town and Home Town Takeover are in for a real treat because it was recently announced that come Spring 2022, there'll be a new home improvement show to obsess over (with familiar faces, of course): Erin and Ben's new show, called Home Town Kickstart, will follow the pair around the U.S. to six small towns to do what they do best —breathe new life into beloved properties.

The six communities, include:

• Buffalo, Wyoming

• Cornwall, New York

• Winslow, Arizona

• LaGrange, Kentucky

• Thomaston, Georgia

• Minden, Louisiana

HGTV shared the news about Home Town Kickstart on Instagram and fans went nuts! "Erin and Ben are so amazing," one person wrote. "Love you two," said another.

According to PEOPLE, the Home Town Kickstart's goal is to make a lasting impact on each community they visit. Rather than focusing on one property like in Home Town or revitalizing a single small town like when they visited Wetumpka, AL, on Home Town Takeover, Erin and Ben will be combining those concepts to provide more value.

The Napiers' new show will focus on three different factors at each city they visit: making over the home of a local hero, showing some TLC to a beloved small business in the community, and revitalizing a public space for the entire community to enjoy. Fans are going to meet six different communities, each with their own unique stories.

“We see the positive impact of this small town renaissance every day in Laurel,” said Erin. “Ben and I can’t wait to share all we’ve learned with our fellow HGTV experts so they can help these communities achieve their goals.”

Taking on these projects sounds like a large feat, but luckily Erin and Ben will have some extra helping hands. Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent (The Nate and Jeremiah Home Project) along with Ty Pennington (Rock the Block), Jasmine Roth (Help! I Wrecked My House) and Alison Victoria (Windy City Rehab) are some of the popular experts that'll be helping the Napiers out along the way.

Although, the new series isn't airing until Spring 2022, fans don't have to wait too much longer to get their Ben and Erin Napier fix. A new season of Home Town is set to premiere on December 26 and we couldn't ask for a better Christmas present. That's not all, though. Remember Ben's Workshop? Yeah, we're getting a holiday special from the Nicole Kidman impersonator himself called Ben's Holiday Workshop that'll have special appearances from celebrity guests come December 19 on HGTV.
