CORNELIUS, NC — Officers made 11 arrests recently in Cornelius for charges that included assault, communicating threats, interfering with an electronic device, and driving while impaired, according to the most recent police blotter.

Police also received numerous reports of vehicle break-ins, fraud and larceny.

Arrests made by Cornelius Police Department between Jan. 13 - Jan. 26, 2021:

  • Brittany Gail Wheeler, 31, was arrested Jan. 19 on West Catawba Avenue, charged with driving while impaired and driving while license revoked

  • Epris Shabrieldior Harris-Burnett, 28, was arrested Jan. 19 on Heritage Green Drive, charged with communicating threats

  • Rubin Eugene Carr, 32, was arrested Jan. 19 on West Catawba Avenue, charged with two counts of financial card fraud and financial card theft

  • Manning Russell Drake, 44, was arrested Jan. 20 on Statesville Road, charged with driving while impaired, and simple possession of Schedule II controlled substance

  • Bradley Douglas-Mitchell Threatt, 46, was arrested Jan. 20 on West Catawba Ave., charged with communicating threats, two counts domestic criminal trespass, and simple assault

  • Justin Daniel Duthie, 36, was arrested Jan. 21 on West Catawba Avenue, charged with probation violation out of county

  • Jarvis Leonard Miller, 36, was arrested Jan. 21 on Catawba Ave, charged with probation violation, and two counts of interference with an electronic monitoring device

  • Romualda Czubkowska Lathan, 37, was arrested Jan. 24 on Sam Furr Road at Glenfurness Drive, charged with driving while impaired

  • Rubin Eugen Carr, 32, was arrested Jan. 25 on Heights Way, charged with probation violation

  • Sheri Theresa Fleckenstein, 45, was arrested Jan. 25 on Viewpoint Lane, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

  • Ehsanullah Ayaar, 18, was arrested Jan. 26 on Aprilla Lane, charged with simple assault
