The investigation is in the 30 block of West Winnipeg Avenue near Sylvan Street and Oakland Cemetery.

A man called police after 3 a.m., and reported he had just killed his wife and was at the police station, according to initial police dispatches of the incident. Officers found him close to St. Paul police headquarters and took him into custody.
