WHAT: This family-friendly parade features the Easter bunny, homemade floats, dance groups, antique cars and trucks, as well as parade entries from the Shriners, Hwang’s Martial Arts, the Mounted Sheriff’s Posse, Talking Police Car, and more … and, of course, the Easter Bunny. The 2023 Grand Marshall is the Easter Parade creator and organizer for the past 28 years, Michaelle Warner. The Easter Bunny Bash at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass (April 1) features treats, train rides, stilt-walking balloon artists, giveaways and music by The Bourbon Revival Band (between the fountain and the Nike store).

WHAT: The mobile scavenger hunt allows participants to search for hidden Zoo-themed eggs, answer trivia questions, and compete in challenges to earn points to win a free Louisville Zoo membership, Wild Lights tickets, plush animals, and more. Winners will be contacted via email associated with the game account. The Safari EGGventure is free with Louisville Zoo admission or membership.

  • To participate follow these steps: Using your camera-enabled smartphone or tablet, download the free GooseChase app. Search for “Safari EGGventure” and join the free game. Find hidden eggs, answer trivia questions, and complete other challenges during your visit. Each correct answer will earn points. Score 500 or more points to be entered to win a prize. Prize winners will be drawn at random at the conclusion of the event. Winners will be notified of their prize winnings on, or before, April 21.

Easter Egg Hunt & A Movie

WHAT: The City of Jeffersonville is hosting its annual egg hunt for ages 10 and younger. Features the Southeast Christian Family Fun Zone; food from Skyline Chili, Wink's Ice Cream, Kona Ice and Toasted Pineapple Snack Shack; games, Djs Slikk and Tazz and the Easter Bunny.
