Apr. 17—ODESSA — Austin-based better burger pioneer Hopdoddy Burger Bar, is raising the burger bar in Odessa with a new location opening Tuesday.

Located at 7250 East TX-191, Hopdoddy will kick off its grand opening celebration by giving away a free burger to the first 100 people in line at 11 a.m. On opening day, guests can also be entered to win free burgers for a year by sharing a post or story on Instagram about their visit, tagging @hopdoddy and using #hopdoddylove.

"We're excited to bring more of Hopdoddy's craft burgers and shareable fries to West Texas," said Hopdoddy CEO Jeff Chandler. "We've enjoyed being a part of the community in Midland and I can't wait for everyone in Odessa to taste the Hopdoddy love when we open on Tuesday."

Each month, Hopdoddy features a decadent limited release burger creation to showcase culinary innovation. As a nod to Earth Day and Hopdoddy's sustainability initiatives, the April Burger of the Month is the Mother Nature burger made with a Force of Nature 100% grass-fed regenerative beef patty, a Vital Farms pasture raised egg, cheddar cheese frico, Brother's Bond Bourbon onion jam, crispy shallots and au poivre aioli.

Sustainability and responsibly sourced ingredients, like Force of Nature 100% grass-fed, regenerative bison and cage-free chicken from Red Bird Farms, are important pillars of the brand. Burgers are served on one of three different house-baked buns or as a bowl on a bed of fresh house greens. The craveable menu also caters to a variety of diets with a vegetarian black bean and corn patty, a 100% plant-based patty from Beyond Meat and a dedicated Gluten-Free menu. A full-service bar will serve margaritas, draft cocktails and local craft beer.
