Hops on the River: All to know about downtown Salisbury's big craft beer tasting event
Get ready to sip on some tasty suds at Salisbury's third annual Hops on the River, downtown's big craft beer tasting event.
Here's everything you need to know about the fast-approaching, beer-centered festival.
Where is the event being held?
Hops on the River is set to take place in the area of Division and Market streets, in and around the Riverwalk Games Park in downtown Salisbury. The event, to be held on Saturday, April 15, will offer beer hungry crowds unlimited samples of craft beers from local breweries along the Wicomico River.
Guests must be 21 years or older to attend. The event will take place rain or shine.

What breweries will be on tap?
Craft beers from the following local and regional breweries will be served at the event:
Aslin, Big Oyster, Big Truck, Burnish, Capital Cider, Cigar City, Cushwa, Devil’s Backbone, Dewey Beer, Dogfish Head, DuClaw, Evolution, Fin City, First State, Flying Dog, Golden Road, Heavy Seas, Hoop Tea, Key, Kona, Mispillion, Pherm, RAR, Sloop, Union, Untitled Art and Wyndridge Farm.

How much are tickets?
Don't dawdle - tickets are going fast and only 350 are available for this year's event. With a ticket, attendees will have unlimited samplings of 30+ local and regional craft beers.
Tickets can be purchased here for $35 a piece. If tickets remain at the gate on the day of the event, they will be $45 a piece and available for purchase by credit card only.

In addition to food trucks, music, games and craft vendors on-site, those looking for something fun to do before or after Hops on the River can swing by downtown Salisbury where an array of local businesses will be offering deals the day of the event.
