TROY, Mich. (AP) _ Horizon Global Corp. (HZN) on Tuesday reported third-quarter net income of $145.5 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Troy, Michigan-based company said it had profit of $5.74. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to $1.29 per share.

The towing and trailering equipment maker posted revenue of $177.9 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at $4.88. A year ago, they were trading at $2.56.
