Horn Blares From Submerged Car as Emergency Services Undertake Flood Rescues in Salisbury

Several water rescues were undertaken in Salisbury, North Carolina, after heavy rainfall flooded the area on August 31.

Miller’s Ferry Fire Department reported responding to 12 calls for assistance. Local media also quoted officials who reported that six people were rescued from a condominium complex in the Wellington Hills area.
