Horrors! No Spirit Halloween store in Lebanon this year? Here are alternate locations

Unless Spirit Halloween stores scares up as yet unannounced location, Lebanon County could have Spirit-less Halloween.

According to the company's store locator website, there are no locations coming soon to Lebanon County.

While she was not able to divulge information on how the company acquires real estate or opens its stores, Spirit spokesperson Maria Storaci did say in an email that being a seasonal retail store has its advantages and disadvantages and at times there are challenges in securing locations.

Where can you go for costumes and decorations?

She was able to provide a list of some of the locations close to Lebanon County opening up this Halloween season:

  • 4600 Jonestown Road, Harrisburg. Location of the former Sears at the Colonial Park Mall. The opening date for this location is still to be determined.

  • 4690 High Pointe Boulevard, Harrisburg. Opening date for this location is still to be determined.

  • 1801 Columbia Ave., Lancaster. Opening date for this location is still to be determined.

  • 898 Plaza Boulevard, Lancaster. Opening date for this location is still to be determined.

  • 2350 Lincoln Hwy E, Lancaster. Planned to open Aug. 29.

  • 3045 North 5th Street Highway, Reading. Planned to open Aug. 26

  • 1665 State Hill Road, Wyomissing. Location of the Former Gap Kids at the Berkshire Mall. Currently open.

To look for additional locations around Central Pennsylvania, as well as when they're open, use the company's locations near you webpage: stores.spirithalloween.com.

And while other retailers such as Walmart, Target, Lowes and Home Depot do offer a wide range of Halloween decorations and costumes, those looking to buy Spirit Halloween exclusive props, collectibles and costumes, are able to order directly online from the website.
