You can sip on free hot cocoa and taste many hot deals at Saturday’s Sip ‘N Shop Crawl in downtown Davenport, from 1-5 p.m.

The same day, 6-9 p.m., Common Chord (at 2nd and Main streets) is celebrating its 20th anniversary of being in the historic Redstone building.

“We are excited to partner with 17 businesses to offer a fun activation for people to explore downtown,” Alisha Espey, program director for the Downtown Davenport Partnership, said Friday. “Saturday is going to be a great day for people to support small businesses during the Hot Cocoa Sip N’ Shop. It will be a great day to bop around downtown.”

You can start your adventure at the Family Credit Union check-in booth located at the Last Picture House (325 E. 2nd St.). Here’s what you’ll snag:

Redstone celebration

Later Saturday, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., there will be a free party at 129 Main St., as Zeke’s Island Café celebrates its 10th birthday, and Common Chord celebrates its 20th!
