Magic: Magician Joseph Tran is on a mission to "make boring disappear." Tran, who is also an illusionist, comedian and a consultant for "The Late, Late Show with James Corden," has performed shows for Fortune 500 companies and appeared on The CW series "Masters of Illusion."
Tran will perform shows on Friday and Saturday at Marvyn's Magic Theater.

Latin: Mexican singer and actor Pepe Aguilar is one of the biggest names of Latin music. He's won four Latin Grammy Awards, owns a fashion line known as Pepe Aguilar Línea de Calzado and has appeared in a handful of Mexican films.
Aguilar made his debut performance at 3 years old during a concert performance by his father at Madison Square Garden in New York. His hits include "Prometiste," "Por Mujeres Como Tú," "Directo Al Corazón" and more.
Aguilar will perform Saturday at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino.

Country: Coachella Crossroads at Spotlight 29 Casino is throwing a 4th of July celebration featuring country singer and "American Idol" winner Chayce Beckham. Beckham beat out contestants Grace Kinstler and Willie Spence last year to win the 19th season of the singing competition series. The Apple Valley native also performed his original coming-of-age song "23" on the show.
The family friendly event will also feature fireworks, food, drinks, games and more.

Punk: It'll be a wild night on Sunday at Pappy and Harriet's when the Southern California punk bands T.S.O.L, Voodoo Glow Skulls and No Consent perform.
T.S.O.L, which is an acronym for True Sounds Of Liberty, began in 1979 and performed in the same scene as the bands Black Flag, Vandals and D.I. The ska punk band Voodoo Glow Skulls surfaced in 1988 in Riverside. No Consent is a new generation punk band from Big Bear Lake.
