The median sales price for a single-family home in Henry County during October was $139,000. That's a decrease of 2.8% compared with October 2020, according to a USA TODAY Network localized analysis generated with data from Realtor.com.
The number of houses sold rose by 51.7% from a year earlier. A total of 88 houses were sold countywide during the month of October. During the same period a year earlier, 58 single-family homes were sold.
