Bourbon Street Beignet, Westwood
Founder of Glaze Donuts Jule Hazou is onto something new and a little bit southern. He sold Glaze Donuts in October of 2020 and has now opened Bourbon Street Beignet, a café that specializes in beignets and chicory coffee a la New Orleans' famed Cafe du Monde. Kebab & Kurries, Fairfield
Kebab & Kurries, a modern Indian BYOB that opened nearly two months ago in Fairfield, is part of a mini-chain of restaurants primarily based in New York City. Its flagship restaurant, Dhaba, is located on New York City's East Side and serves fiery Punjabi specialties. Kebab & Kurries has its own menu, focusing primarily, as its name would indicate, on kebab and curries.
