A sprawling Mediterranean-style Studio City villa with a unique Hollywood pedigree is now on the market for $7.99 million. Known as the Iredell Estate, it will look familiar to fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Its exterior was used as a stand-in for matriarch Kris Jenner’s home on the series, though Jenner has never actually lived there. According to The Real Deal, the 7,843-square-foot dwelling has also been used in shows like True Blood and American Horror Story, and once appeared in a Victoria’s Secret commercial.

Situated on a 0.88-acre lot, the picturesque mansion features seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms spread out across three levels. The wrought-iron-covered front door opens onto a double-height foyer with polished wood floors, gilded arched doorways, and embedded stone pillars.

A study just off the entryway boasts floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves and a wood-burning fireplace with a towering mantel. The opulence only multiples from there: a formal dining room with an intricately molded ceiling; a cavernous chef’s kitchen with marble countertops and cherrywood cabinets; a living room with another wood-burning fireplace; and a screening room with a coffered ceiling.

The main suite, located on the second floor, is fit for royalty, with a lofted ceiling, a wood-and-stone fireplace anchoring the sitting area, and a private patio. The en suite spalike bathroom has its own fireplace overlooking the freestanding deep-soaking tub, and features a private walkway that leads directly to the saltwater pool and Jacuzzi. Out back, there is an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill area, as well as space for outdoor dining and lounging.
