This week, we head about 22 miles south of downtown Nashville to ZIP 37135, Nolensville in Williamson County. Development here has boomed in the past few decades, and new construction is still going on. Closings up

Home buyers closed on 241 homes by this time in 2021. So far this year, home buyers have closed on 276 homes. Current inventory is 77 homes.
