ZIP code 37212, known as Midtown/Green Hills area of Nashville, is an affluent area just miles from downtown. The ZIP is home to Belmont University and Vanderbilt University. (Although, Vanderbilt has its own ZIP.) Major roads include Belmont Boulevard, Wedgewood Avenue and 21st Avenue, where you’ll find Pancake Pantry and Hillsboro Village.

Just down the road a piece (in ZIP 37215) is the famous Bluebird Café and Green Hills Mall.
