A Houston barber was arrested after pretending to be a police officer to see rapper Megan Thee Stallion for the NCAA’s 2023 March Madness Music Festival.

The Houston hottie was the headliner for the AT&T Block Party that occurred over the weekend at Discovery Green Park in downtown Houston. Her performance kicked off the weekend and was her first time back on stage since laying low after Tory Lanez was found guilty of all charges in the shooting of the ‘Sweetest Pie’ artist.

Fans were ready to see her again as she had a sold-out show. One of her biggest fans went to the extreme to ensure he could see her concert. Since Trayvone “Lil Darus” Stevenson didn’t secure a pass to the block party, he allegedly bought and wore a fake “Police K-9” vest when he arrived at the show although he didn’t have a dog reported ABC13. He told the staff working at the entrance that he was a police officer who was a part of the security team hoping they’d let him in.

Unfortunately, his plan failed and he was arrested and charged with impersonating a public servant. Stevenson was taken to Harris County Jail where he remained until he saw a judge on Monday. Since he had a clean record, the judge ruled that he could be released on a $20,000 bond. Following the hearing, he paid the $20,000 bond and was released.

The 28-year-old will still have to come back to court because it’s a felony to pose as law enforcement.
