Houston's Top 10 Wanted Fugitives: Crime Stoppers Offers Reward
HOUSTON — Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff's Office have teamed up to release this week's list of the most wanted fugitives in the Houston area. The crimes these men and woman are accused of include serious felony charges such as robbery, injury to a child, and possession and delivery of a controlled substance.
Crime Stoppers offers rewards of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest, and a possible conviction.
Among the most wanted in this group is Dylan Alexander Khan, who is wanted for human trafficking and compelling prostitution of a child. Khan, 24, is wanted on a warrant out of Missouri City.

Derek Cooper, 20, is wanted on a warrant for robbery in The Woodlands, while Matthew Dalvina, 23, is wanted out of Pasadena for injury to a child under the age of 15. Stephanie Ortega, 36, is wanted for robbery, and several are on the run after authorities said they failed to register as sex offenders.
Anyone with information on any of these wanted fugitives is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477), submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org or through the Crime Stoppers mobile app.
