A. GET REGULAR SNIPS

The best ways to keep your locks devoid of any pesky split ends is by regular trimming. You’ve probably heard that getting regular trims is a good way to make your hair grow longer.

In fact, get a trim every 3 months to keep YOUR hair at its healthiest & even more often if you have dry & damaged locks. ALL you have to do is sit down & let your hair stylist chop off those damaged ends & giving you the look you want & love. C. NATURAL REMEDIES

There are a few very EASY home remedies for split ends. Not only will they remove the already accumulated split ends, they will also prevent formation of any more in the near future.

· Use Mayonnaise—YES, girls. The egg nourishes your hair & the oil cures it. Removes split ends, dry hair & dandruff.

Method—Apply it onto your towel dried hair. Leave it for half an hour & shampoo well in cold water.

(Also, it’s the best natural straightening method)

· Hot Oil Conditioner—it is one of the oldest & proven remedies for repairing split ends. To see wonderful transformations in very little time, use it regularly. They’ll soak into your strands, leaving behind nutrients & hydration that your hair relies on to stay strong & free of split ends.

Method—Heat some oil for 15 seconds (olive/coconut/almond) & massage it gently on scalp for sometime. Leave it overnight & wash it off with mild shampoo the next day.

· Beer—YES Ladies.. Believe it or not, beer works as an amazing conditioner for your hair. Suitable for all kinds of hair.

Method—Simply rinse your hair with beer after shampooing to restore all the lost gleam & sheen.

D. EAT HEALTHY FOODS

Girls.. However we much love coloring, straightening & all those other chemical treatments.. we gotta accept the harsh fact that they will cause trauma & split ends. Try & limit these treatments as much as possible.

Your body relies on healthy & balanced diet to stay strong & Healthy. The same goes for your hair, TOO.

Make sure you are enjoying a good variety of whole Grains, fruits, veggies, lean protein & dairy products as well as healthy fats.

E. TIE IT UP RIGHT!!

None of us really give this much thought, BUT the way you tie your hair makes a huge difference. Switch up your regular hair ties for gentler ones. Elastics & tight rubber bands are generally rough on the strands & causes hair breakage. Try softer rubber bands & ties to save your precious strands from EVIL split ends.

F. SHOWER ETIQUETTE

When you do wash your hair, always remember to shampoo only your scalp. Lather up at the top only & rinse off before conditioning just YOUR ends & leave it on for few minutes. Using wide—toothed comb while you have conditioner (helps to detangle & prevent snapping when you brush out towel dried hair)

Also—Stop heat styling, use deep conditioner, correct blow drying, Leave-in-conditioner, ETC also helps in repairing split ends.
