Howard County Officials Remind Residents To Celebrate Easter Safely Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

- As Easter weekend approaches, Howard County releasing a few reminders on how to safely celebrate during the pandemic. County Executive Calvin Ball recommended that people avoid travel or large gatherings during the holiday. He instead asked people to observe that holiday virtually or with people in your household. The reminder comes as Howard County's positivity rate currently at 5.5%. And that is the highest since early February.
